Chose the special of slow cooked citrus and herb stuffed porchetta which was unbelievably good. Fantastic flavour and beautifully presented. Excellent service from a really warm and friendly team of staff. We felt very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Couldn’t recommend this pub more! Thank you for a great meal!

Couldn't fault anything about this wonderful pub, Libbi our waitress (I believe) was fast and friendly with her service. Fantastic Gluten free options for my partner who rated the fish and chips highly, I had the Hound burger which was lovely and just the right amount. We didn't have dessert but I could imagine the options where just as delicious! If we were local it would become a regular visit. Thank you to all the hard working staff!

If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience during your holiday, look no further! We were so impressed with our first visit on Tuesday evening that we had to come back before heading home. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made dining with our 20-month-old a lot easier. I indulged in the pulled pork burger and my partner had the hot dog, and I must say, it was one of the best burgers I've ever had! The flavors were exceptional. Upon returning on Thursday evening, we were welcomed warmly once again. I opted for the blue cheese burger this time, while my partner enjoyed a delicious lasagna. Both meals were outstanding, I can't recommend this place enough! If you find yourself in the area and craving excellent food paired with amazing service, this is the spot! A solid 10 out of 10!

Always amazing food and service. Usually always buy the same meal: blue hound with cheddar instead of blue cheese with a Guinness. My favourite meal and have brought my partner and dad for a visit too.

We had a wonderful meal here this evening. The staff were attentive and wonderful with our dog (which is always a bonus - so many places say 'dog friendly' and they mean 'dog tolerant if it means we get more money'). They even have a dog menu with food good enough for humans! The human food was delicious and well thought out, they clearly have someone in the kitchen who knows their food. An exciting menu that offers a varied range without giving the impression or quality of mass-production. Well done to the whole team, a fantastic meal and evening. Thank you

My family and I went for lunch. Great selection and on the kids menu too. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious and fairly priced. We had a few games of pool and darts and really enjoyed it. Will definitely be going back again.

First time having Carvery here and it was delicious. I was especially pleased to find somewhere that offered roast pork as opposed to gammon. All the staff were helpful and friendly especially Amy. Will definitely be going back again.

What a little gem, this place is! Discovered it by searching for pubs in local area, read the reviews & decided to stop & try it out. Nice atmosphere in the pub, friendly staff, and the food was amazing! Large portions & reasonably priced. We'll definitely visit when we're in the area again & will tell our friends to visit too!
